Dynamics 365 Contract Entity Deprecated
With the next wave of release 1 for 2021 (public preview in February 2021 and GA in April 2021), some older controls for model-driven applications will be deprecated. These commands include Flip Switch, Calendar Control (V1), Linear Slider, Radial Knob, Arc Knob, Linear Gauge; with the Website Preview Control, MultiSelectPicklistControl (V1), and the Flip Label option (format option for two radio buttons). Microsoft recently hosted a virtual conference where they gave us a taste of the new features and shared the roadmap. Artificial intelligence will take over much of the customer engagement system, resulting in the sidelining and obsolescence of many old manual functions. Starting in February 2021, the organizational data upload filter option that filters data when you set up offline mobile devices will be deprecated. We recommend that you start preparing your organization and move the relevant data filters from the organization`s data upload filter to the Offline Profile option, which allows you to determine what data is available when users work offline. For more information, see Create an offline mobile sync. After the old filter criteria are moved to the offline profile, you can delete or delete the filters specified in the organization`s data upload filter.
However, as Dynamics customers increasingly want to migrate to the new unified interface, it is important to note that the Legacy Contracts entity is not supported in this experience. Authorization conditions can be set through one or more channels, which can be product-specific (e.g. B, a guarantee) and specific to limit the support of individual contacts.
